We develop products and get them made. That's the whole scope: it starts with your design and ends when finished goods leave the factory.
Built for founders making a first product, and for teams who know exactly which piece they're missing.
The high-level overview of the necessary work behind products that perform. We work with you throughout the process and overlap with your in-house product operations as needed.
Finding, qualifying and negotiating how your product gets made.
Turning a design into something a factory can build, at a price that works.
Every round managed, until the product is what was specified.
Verified before it's opened. Owned by you. Transferable between factories.
Everything between bulk authorization and the factory door.
Built to your product and brand standards, and to surpass industry standards.
Fundamental capabilities carry across every product. The specifics and supply chain models don't. Here's what we bring to each category.
Trained by the shoe dogs who built Nike, adidas, Asics and Timberland.
Performance athletic, fashion, dress and heels, workwear and safety, hiking, western, equestrian, children's, orthopedic, and costume work for film and touring. Every construction from hand-welted to direct injection.
Last development, midsole, outsole and insole, and the full range of tooling. Engineered mesh and custom knits. Rubber and foam formulation, including EVA and supercritical. Premium leathers and vegan alternatives. Carbon fiber components. Fit and grading built on orthopedic and biomechanics work, 3D body mapping, clinic and lab protocols. Athlete and lab testing on prototypes, with components engineered against the results.
From custom textiles through to finished garments.
Knits, wovens, outerwear and technical outerwear, activewear, base layers, denim, tailoring, swim and teamwear. Cut and sew, seamless knit, bonded and welded seams, waterproof taping, sublimation, garment dye and wash.
We source existing materials and work with mills to make new ones - vertical cashmere and merino supply chains, performance and UPF-rated fabrics, nano coatings and treatments, custom dye, print and knit techniques, vegan leathers. Fit and technical resource behind the tech pack, so construction is resolved before sampling begins. Lab and wear testing on real people; right now that includes fabrics developed for eczema-prone skin.
Hard-case luggage, performance packs, and premium textiles and leather.
Backpacks, duffels and technical packs. Luggage, suitcases and hard cases. Handbags, shoulder bags and small leather goods. Laptop and tech cases, sports bags, lunch boxes.
Cut and sew, pattern engineering, RF and ultrasonic welding, roll-top and waterproof construction, injection-molded shells and thermoforming, harness and load-bearing systems, telescoping handles and wheels. Custom hardware tooled to the product rather than picked from a catalog - buckles, clips, frames, wheels.
Ballistic and technical nylons, leathers and vegan alternatives, recycled materials, TPU and laminates, luxury textiles, thermal liners and food-safe components. Tested for load, abrasion, drop, water ingress, weather, UV, insulation and food safety.
Everything that completes the collection.
Socks, hats, gloves, belts, scarves, jewelry, watches, hair accessories, phone cases, umbrellas.
Each of those is a different factory and a different discipline. A sock is circular knitting. A cap is panel construction and embroidery. A bracelet is die-casting, enamel and plating. Sourced separately, accessories become ten vendors and ten minimums - which is why most brands either skip the category or take whatever a catalog supplier will sell them.
We run them through one network, usually alongside the footwear or apparel program they extend. Circular, terry and compression knit. Structured and unstructured headwear, embroidery and dye-sublimation. Cut and sew, leather and touchscreen-compatible gloves. Die-cast, enamel and plated hardware. Natural fibers - cotton, linen, silk, wool - alongside plastics and rubbers.
Ingredient and formulation-led wet goods. Custom hard and soft goods.
Skincare, haircare, body care, dental and personal care, fragrance, SPF and suncare, supplements - and the raw and processed ingredients behind them.
Formulation from an existing base, or developed with a lab against your brief. Packaging tooled or picked from a catalog - bottles, jars, tubes, airless pumps, applicators and custom components.
Choosing a factory usually means choosing labs at the same time, in-house at the facility and independent, because testing requirements decide what's logistically possible. We manage requirements, applications and factory-side inspections, and apply for certification through third parties. Where volume is too small for a certification to make sense, an authenticated factory statement can often do the same work for less.
Our newest network. Same standards.
Home: kitchen and utility goods, towels, bedding, soft toys. Office: desk accessories, organization, stationery, extension cords, device accessories. Pet: beds, toys, bowls, apparel, leashes, travel gear, grooming tools, coat and skin care, supplements.
Hard, soft and wet goods across all three. Injection, blow and rotational molding, die casting, CNC machining, tooling and mold development, ceramics, glass and metal forming. Cut and sew, fill and quilting, terry and woven textiles, foam. Formulation and filling for topicals and care products.
All three start the same way - an evaluation so we can work out whether we're right for what you're making. What differs after that is the role we take: your manufacturer, part of your team, or the person you call for guidance.
Sample development, production and quality control.
We take the product from concept to ex-factory. Development, sourcing, sampling, tooling, production and QC sit with us. You make the calls along the way; we execute on the work. When possible, we structure early-run financing so a first order is a shared bet with the factory rather than a spend that drains your runway for growth.
We work inside your team to build and execute.
Sometimes the brief is clear: a category, a season, a launch, or the gap left when someone leaves. Often it's less defined. Something isn't working and the team can't get to the bottom of it. A product issue, a supply chain issue, or a process breaking down between departments, or between you and a vendor. We identify it, evaluate it, and solve it alongside your current team.
Counsel and strategy for your toughest challenges.
You have a team. What you don't have is someone who has made these decisions a few hundred times. We look at current protocols, the specs, the suppliers, the costs and the calendar, and help you identify where the expensive mistakes are, along with strategies and solutions to keep growth on track.
